Vine Planting and Care

Where will my vines be planted?

Your vines will be planted at our vineyard located at 6826 East State Highway 6, Waco, TX 76705, just 15 minutes from downtown Waco, Texas.

When will my vine be planted?

Your vine will be planted in the next first quarter of next year after purchasing your membership.

What if my vine is damaged or dies?

We guarantee your vine for 10 years, replacing it if needed.

Can I plant my own vine?

While we appreciate the sentiment, due to logistical constraints, we will plant all vines and send you a photograph of your vine once planted.

Wine Production

What type of wine does the vine produce?

We use a combination of Black Spanish and Lenoir grapes, known for their earthy aroma and dark color in producing red wine.

How is the wine shipped?

Your wine is shipped via Federal Express, requiring a signature from someone over 21 years of age.

Can I personalize my wine label?

Yes, you can select from various templates and change your choice annually if desired.

Membership and Participation

What states do not allow participation in this program?

Residents of Utah, Delaware, Alabama, Mississippi, and Kentucky are unable to participate due to legal restrictions.

Can I cancel my membership?

Membership can be canceled at any time.

Can I gift or transfer my vine to someone else?

Yes, your vine can be gifted or transferred to another individual.

Visits, Updates, and Purchases

Can I visit my vine?

Absolutely! Please inform us in advance of your visit so we can accommodate you.

How often will I receive a photograph of my vine?

After the initial planting of your vine, you will receive a photograph. Subsequent photographs will be sent as your vine matures, at least annually.

How often will I receive a newsletter?

Our newsletters, keeping you informed about vineyard happenings, wine insights, and culinary tips, will be dispatched to you on a quarterly basis.

Can I purchase additional wine or other varietals?

Members can purchase wine at their membership discount price.

Wine Characteristics

How long does it take for a vine to reach full maturity and how long will it live?

Vines take three years to mature and, while we guarantee them for 10 years, they can live much longer.

Regulatory Compliance

Why isn’t the wine referred to as 'port'?

Since 2005, due to an agreement between the EU and the USA, American wines cannot use certain geographical indications, such as "port," which is protected for Portugal.

Membership Details

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership package?

Yes, members can adjust their membership packages anytime during their membership year. Vine allocation and billing will be adjusted accordingly.

What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. No additional fees for standard membership, but extra services may have associated costs.

How do we ensure the wine's quality?

We prioritize wine quality. If a bottle isn't up to standard, contact customer support for assistance.

How do I update my account information?

Members can update their account information by contacting our team via support.
