Cancellation Policy
At Waco Winery, we prioritize flexibility for our members. Thus, you can cancel Your Vine, Your Wine any time with the following straightforward terms:
Immediate Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any point during your journey with us. Simply notify us through email or call our customer service, and your cancellation will be processed immediately.
Refunds: Upon cancellation, your membership will cease and no further fees will be charged. Please note that any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable as they are utilized for the care and maintenance of the vine and subsequent wine production.
Your Wine: Should you choose to cancel after the harvesting period but before your wine is shipped, you will still receive the wine produced from your vine up until the cancellation point.
No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any cancellation fees. However, we encourage you to notify us of your cancellation at least two weeks prior to your next billing cycle to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Rejoining: Should you wish to rejoin after cancellation, we warmly welcome you back to experience the joys and journeys through our vineyards. Kindly note that rejoining fees may be subject to current pricing and availability.

To participate, individuals must be 21 years of age or older. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, residents of Utah, Delaware, Alabama, Mississippi, and Kentucky are ineligible.
